Reiki

Reiki is a energy healing technique whereby life force energy is channelled through the practitioner into the clients body, in order to activate the natural healing processes of the body, and restore physical and emotional well-being.

This treatment is done fully clothed with Reiki music playing in the background. You will be able to relax, while I gently place my hands in various positions on your head and body letting the energy flow. I like to incorporate techniques from Kinesiology, Reflexology and massage when I feel guided. This treatment can also be combined with Gong (25 min hands-on reiki, followed by 20 min gong bath).

I work intuitively, asking for the highest and best for your mind, body and spirit.

For those interested in learning Reiki themselves, I will be holding level 1 & 2 training on-site over 2026. Please email for information.

Reiki life force energy can be flowed into any of my treatments, at no extra cost, just give it permission!

Sound Journey

Vibrational sound has been proven to relax the nervous system, putting the body into a restful and receptive state when it allows the body and mind to heal and provides space for inspiration.

Earth Camp invites you to experience this for yourself at our regular group sound bath, every Sunday morning 930am-1030am, for just £10pp.

I will also be available for individual and small group sessions, at various times throughout your stay.

About me

Hi, I'm Rachel, co-founder of Earth Camp and owner of Reiki-Flow.

As well as running EC, I have been working in the hospital as a Registered Nurse since 2009 and a massage therapist since 2019. I have a particular interest in complimentary therapies and energy work, which I have been passionate about since 2008. I see my life as a continued learning, for the health benefit of others, so I generally fill the off season with courses! In the past I have gained advanced massage skills through award winning "Jing", and deepened my holistic knowledge through the Kinesiology Association's Foundation course.

This continued learning is also reflected in my world of energy work. I started with Usui and Seikhem Reiki in 2011 and this has been complimented with newer consciousness work of Umana, Prograna and Shamanic Munay-Ki Rites; I have also trained in Pellowah, Pranic Healing and Theta, but don't currently offer these at Earth Camp.

Another wonderful reset tool I have to offer is sound therapy, this was guided to me by Ali Oakwood, in Feb, 2024.

Umana and Prograna

The Umana Technique was channeled by Kachina Ma'an, a spiritual teacher in Australia, in late 2023. This "Evolutionary Engineering" technique works on the 8th-12th chakras, to facilitate deep healing and personal growth.

Prograna was channeled in the UK by Samantha Brown, in 2021.

Umana and Prograna are delivered in a similar manner to Reiki, Umana is hands on, where practitioner places hands on various points of clients clothed body and Prograna is a hands off experience.

You may feel emotional after energy treatments, this is okay, as it is part of the cleansing.

I have vast experience working with children for over three decades, I also have personal experience with children with neuro-diversity.

I offer a 50% discount for children under 14.

Massage

At Earth Camp find time for a swift 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, while the children play, or bliss out with a full hours body massage. Swedish or holistic massage are offered, on a full sized therapy bed, in my bell tent, which has a wood burner for when its cold.

Couples massages are popular and Janet will join me most Saturday's.

Pre-book your slot with a friend or relative and receive a saving.

Also available are Indian Head massage, Uplifting facial massage and Reflexology, which typically last 45 mins. Reflexology can be offered in a reclining chair or on the massage table.

All massages are complimented with aromatherapy wax/oils.

I am fully trained in all the treatments offered and I am an insured through Balens.

On busy weekends, I will invite fellow therapists to increase capacity, these therapists will also be fully trained and insured.
