What information do we collect?

When making a booking with us we will request your name, home address, email address, contact telephone number, bank or credit card details and your billing address. This information will only be collected by specifically asking for it in as part of the booking process (either directly through our website booking form, via email or over the phone, or via our booking system).

How will we use your information?

Earth Camp will use your personal information to send you your booking confirmation and to send you an arrivals email with details of the campsite and other helpful information. We will pass on your name, email and phone number to 'Reiki Flow' if you have booked or are interested in booking an Indian Head Massage or Reiki Therapy Treatment (if you have specified this to us), and we will phone you on your contact number if there is any issue you with your booking, or if you are late arriving, so as to advise you before our booking office closes on the night of your arrival. If you have opted in whilst booking, we may send you marketing emails in the future to inform you of upcoming events.

When making a direct payment for your booking, our payment provider 'Stripe' will process your information and hence will temporarily store your data for use of the payment only (for full details of their data protection and GDPR policies, please visit their website).

We do not pass your details onto any third party companies under any circumstances.

Security and personal information retention

We will take all necessary steps to make sure that the information we hold about you is kept secure at all times against unauthorised or unlawful loss or disclosure. We will retain it only for as long as it is needed for its original purpose or to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Any information no longer required will be deleted or disposed of confidentially and completely.

Opting Out

If you feel that any of the information we hold about you is untrue or inaccurate then please contact us to outline the issue and we will correct this within our records.

If you wish like to opt out of any of the ways in which your information is processed, or if you would like to delete some or all of your information from our records then please contact us and we will be happy to oblige.

If you wish to opt out of any marketing then please let us know by email (info@earthcamp.com) and we will happily stop sending you any further emails (we only send out a maximum of 2 emails per year though).
